– No Smoking: For the comfort and well-being of all our guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy throughout the premises.
– Maximum Guests: Our house can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests, ensuring a cozy and enjoyable experience for everyone.
– Minimum Age of Primary Renter: The primary renter should be at least 21 years old.

For cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in, we offer a 50% refund (minus the service fee). Unfortunately, if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, no refund is available.
